    Domestic Shipping - Australia

    Our website has a shipping calculator that determines the shipping cost before you place your order.

    We offer 2 shipping options for Australian customers:

    • • Regular Post: 2 - 4 business days to arrive
    • • Express Post: 1 business day to arrive

    ✔ Tracking is available for all “Express” Post parcels within Australia.

    ✘ CODs (Cash On Delivery) and pick-up options are not available.

    Estimated delivery days do not include weekends or busy peak periods (like Christmas). Please double check that the address(es) you provide for orders are correct. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delivered to the wrong address or gets returned.


    International Shipping

    Our website has a shipping calculator that determines the shipping cost before you place your order.

    We offer 2 shipping options for International customers:

    • • Regular Airmail: click below for transit time
    • • Express Post: click below for transit time

    Australia Post has this handy online estimator that provides an approximate transit time for international parcels: http://auspost.com.au/apps/international-post-guide.html

    Estimated delivery days exclude weekends and busy peak periods (like Christmas) and customs clearance delays. Example: if your country's customs hold the package, we cannot foresee or be held responsible for the delay. Please double check that the address(es) you provide for orders are correct. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delivered to the wrong address or gets returned.

    Insurance is not included in the shipping cost. If you would like to insure your package, please email us for a quote before you place an order.

  • Returns & Replacements

    You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where products:

    • Are so defective that they should not have been sold. Example: if it breaks down within a short period of time.

    • Have a basic, serious fault that was not known by you at the time of purchase. Example: if product is already damaged upon delivery due to transit.

    • Have been wrongly described or sent. Example: wrong product sent or shown.

    • Are not suitable for their intended purpose.


    We do not normally give refunds or exchanges if you:

    • Simply change your mind.

    • Make a wrong decision.

    • Use the goods past a reasonable period of time.

    • Already knew of a particular fault described by us before purchase.


    We do not provide a refund if:

    • No proof of purchase is shown.

    • Products are damaged by not following the instructions, or misusing the product.


    Refund Options:

    • We can issue you a refund (in the same payment form you used to purchase the goods), however we do not provide refunds on postage costs.

    • You can exchange for a new product of equal value.


    Refund or Exchange Process:

    1. Email us the details of the fault of the product in question.

    2. Provide us with the order number or invoice, or your account number (if you have a customer account with us) .

    3. Let us know how you used and stored the product.

    4. When you are returning the product, please track or insure the parcel so you can be sure we will receive it (please notify us before you send).

    5. A refund will be issued back to you in the same payment form which you used to make the original purchase (minus postage costs). However, if an exchange is requested, a new product of equal value will be sent free of charge to the address you provided on the original order.

  • Ordering

    To place an order, add to cart the item(s) you want to purchase, input the quantity and click the "Checkout" button. From there, the one page checkout will allow you to create account or checkout as guest. After entering your shipping address and selecting payment, you will see the confirmation page and receive an email confirming that your order has been placed.

  • Accepted Payments

    Our website accepts credit card payments via Paypal. You do not have to sign up to Paypal to make a credit card payment. Your financial information with Paypal is never shared with us or any third parties.

    International Orders:

    • We only accept payments via Paypal for all international orders. You can pay by credit card or debit card using Paypal.


    Australian Orders:
    Customers in Australia can choose between 2 payment options:

    Credit Card

    You can make payments with your credit card or debit card via Paypal. You are not required to sign up with Paypal to make a credit card payment.

    Direct Deposit / Bank Transfers

    Goods will be shipped within a reasonable period after transfer has been received. Please note that bank transfers usually take at least 2 business days to process. Please put your full name as reference when making a bank transfer so we can identify your payment. Once you place an order and select the "Bank Transfer" payment option, our bank details will be available on the order page for you to make a transfer. We will email you as soon as your item has been shipped.

  • Viewing Orders

    If you created an account during the ordering process (instead of checking out as a guest), you will be able to view your new order and your order history.
    Go to the top right corner of our website and click "My Account" or "Log In" to view your orders.

  • Updating Account Information

    To update your account details, go to the top right corner of our website and click "My Account" or "Log In" to view and change your details. You will be able to change your password, add/delete or update your address and wishlist. You can also go into "My Account" to subscribe to our newsletter.
