How much is shipping?

For both Australian and international customers, you can find out the exact cost of shipping (before you place your order) by adding to cart the items you want to buy and entering your country, state and postcode (postcode is optional for some countries). Quotes provided by the shipping calculator does not include insurance.

If I subscribe, will I get spammed?

At Cyren Organics, we are deeply committed to protecting your privacy. We do not intentionally sell, rent or trade your personal information to or with third parties. Any email you receive from us that is authorized by you, will contain additional opt-out or unsubscribe options in the email with instructions on how to unsubscribe from receiving future newsletters. Account users or subscribers who opt out of all communication with our Website, or terminate their account, will not receive unsolicited emails from us.

How long will delivery take?

We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels. For domestic parcels, Express Post will arrive within the next business day and Regular Post may take 2 or more business days (depending on distance). Please be aware that these are business days so it does not include weekends or public holidays/peak periods.

Can I get samples of your products?

We currently do not provide samples, but you can subscribe to our monthly newsletter here to be informed of when we will issue samples in the future.

At Cyren, we respect your privacy. Your email will not be given, sold or traded with a third party. If you choose to unsubscribe, you will not receive unsolicited emails from us.

Do you have a physical store?

Cyren products are only available via our online store www.Cyren.com.au or www.CyrenOrganics.com and also through our authorized distributors. Pick up is not available as we are an online business. If you are unsure whether your Cyren product is genuine, please let us know and we'll confirm whether you have purchased from a legitimate distributor.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes our website accepts credit card payments via Paypal. You don't have to sign up to Paypal to make a credit card payment. Your financial information with Paypal is never shared with us or any third parties.

International Orders
• We only accept payments via Paypal for all international orders.

Australian Orders
Customers in Australia have the following 2 payment options:

• Credit Cards You can make payments with your credit card or debit card via Paypal. You are not required to sign up to Paypal to make a credit card payment.

• Direct Deposit / Bank Transfer Goods will be shipped within a reasonable period after transfer has been received. Please note that bank transfers usually take at least 2 business days to process. Please put your full name as reference when making a bank transfer so we can identify your payment. Once you place an order and select the "Bank Transfer" payment option, our bank details will be available on the order page for you to make a transfer. We will email you as soon as your item has been shipped.
